New Delhi, March 11 -- US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor on Wednesday praised India's role in stabilising global oil markets, emphasising the need for the United States and India to work "hand-in-hand for market stability" for the benefit of Americans and Indians.
He noted that the United States recognises India's continued purchases of Russian oil as part of broader efforts to keep global energy markets balanced.
