New Delhi, Nov. 2 -- Sakariya Rajeshbhai Khimji (41), who allegedly attacked Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, has confessed that a dog in his dream instructed him to act, after which he sought, and claimed to have received a 'Yes' from God through a parchi (slip) at Mahakal temple.

Khimji has provided a detailed confession to investigators, outlining a path that began with a dream and ended in violence at the CM's residence.
According to the chargesheet, Khimji's motive stemmed from an extreme fixation on dog welfare. The document states that the sequence of events was triggered by a dream he had at his temple.
