Dhaka, Aug. 27 -- A delegation of U.S. Congressional staff accompanied by officials from UNHCR's Multi-Country Office in Washington, D.C., visited the Rohingya refugee camps in Cox's Bazar and the Office of the Refugee Relief & Repatriation Commissioner (RRRC) on Wednesday.

The visit reflects the continued interest and engagement of the United States in the Rohingya refugee situation and reaffirms the importance of international cooperation in supporting the Rohingya population and the humanitarian response in Bangladesh, said the RRRC.
