UAE provides aid for flood-affected families, including Rohingyas
Dhaka, Aug. 25 -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has extended humanitarian assistance to people affected by the recent floods and landslides in Bangladesh, with food and clothing packages being distributed among around 10,000 affected families across different parts of the country.
The assistance is being provided through the Foreign Aid Office of the Embassy of the UAE in Dhaka as part of the UAE's humanitarian response to the disaster-affected communities.
As part of the initiative, humanitarian assistance has also been distributed among approximately 5,000 Rohingya families living in Camps 3 and 4.
