, March 9 -- UAE Aid and the Emirates Red Crescent have distributed Ramadan food parcels among 4,000 underprivileged families in different parts of Bangladesh, bringing timely relief to communities observing the holy month.
The initiative was taken to support vulnerable families with essential food supplies so they can prepare daily iftar meals more easily during the holy month of Ramadan, said a press release issued on Monday.
Each beneficiary family received a food package weighing approximately 24 kilograms, containing essential food items necessary for household consumption throughout the month.
