Dhaka, Aug. 7 -- Luis Suarez delivered a standout performance with one goal and two assists as Inter Miami secured a 3-1 victory over Pumas on Wednesday night, moving forward in the Leagues Cup competition.

The team played without Lionel Messi, who remains sidelined indefinitely due to what the club described as a minor muscle injury in his right leg. Messi sustained the injury early in Inter Miami's win against Necaxa on Saturday. He was present for Wednesday's match, watching from a suite at Chase Stadium.
