Gazipur, April 20 -- Gazipur City Corporation has launched a special vaccination drive targeting children of working mothers, with ten dedicated teams assigned to ensure immunisation, especially during evening hours.

City Corporation Administrator Shawkat Hossain Sarker said around 150,000 children are expected to be vaccinated across 129 centres in 57 wards of the city as part of the nationwide vaccination campaign.

He made the remarks at the inauguration ceremony held this morning on the premises of Joydebpur Government Primary School.
