With this, the film's total domestic collection has reached Rs.75.15 crore, already surpassing the India business of Aamir's previous release Laal Singh Chaddha, which had earned Rs.61.36 crore.

According to a report by Sacnilk, the film held strong on Tuesday despite not offering discounted tickets under the "#BlockbusterTuesdays" scheme. Sitaare Zameen Par had opened with Rs.10 crore on its first day and gained significant momentum over the weekend, accumulating around Rs.60 crore by Sunday.
