Dhaka, Oct. 14 -- State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed Islam on Wednesday emphasised the need to strengthen Bangladesh's partnership with China in ways that go beyond large-scale infrastructure projects to empower people, strengthen small businesses, develop skills, and advance green and sustainable development.
