His closest rival Abidul Islam got 186, Umama Fatema 79, Abdul Kader 91, and Shamim Hossain 122 votes from this hall.

For the General Secretary (GS) post, SM Farhad led with 588 votes.

Other candidates got: Meghmallar Bosu 157, Abu Baker Mojumdar 54, and Tanvir Bari Hamim 245 votes.
