Mymensingh, Aug. 5 -- State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Yasser Khan Choudhury on Wednesday said roads and public institutions across Bangladesh will be named after the July martyrs in recognition of their sacrifices.

Speaking at the inauguration of a free medical camp in memory of the July martyrs at Duldul Camp in the Patgudam area of Mymensingh city, he said every upazila in the country would have roads and institutions named after the martyrs.

He said the sacrifices of the July martyrs made it possible for the current democratic government to come to power through what he described as a free and fair election.
