, July 19 -- Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted that rainfall is likely to continue across the country over the next five days commencing 9 am on Sunday as monsoon is active over Bangladesh.

"Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at many places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country," said a regular bulletin of Met office.

Day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
