Police begin wearing new uniforms featuring dark blue and olive shirts
Dhaka, July 2 -- Members of the Bangladesh Police have started wearing the force's new uniform, featuring dark blue shirts with khaki trousers and light olive shirts with khaki trousers, from Wednesday.
The new attire was seen on a limited scale at Police Headquarters, metropolitan police units and district-level police formations, where officers and personnel began performing their duties in the redesigned uniforms.
The new uniforms were visible during the inauguration of the newly built Borkaou Police Camp in the Purbachal New Town Project on Wednesday morning.
