Dhaka, Aug. 10 -- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Monday urged the country's people to work from their respective positions to realise the dream of a Bangladesh where people's basic needs and rights are ensured, as envisioned by the martyrs of the July mass uprising.

"Those who were martyred during the July mass uprising wanted to bring a change to the country - a change through which people's basic needs and rights will be established and they could at least live in peace," he said.
