Sangsad Bhaban, April 9 -- Parliament passed a total of 31 bills on Thursday, including the National Human Rights Commission (Repeal and Re-introduction) Bill, 2026, bidding to adopt, repeal or amend ordinances promulgated during the tenure of the interim government (August 2024 to February 2026).
Of the bills, 27 were passed keeping the provisions of the ordinances unchanged, while four others were passed by repealing or modifying the associated ordinances.
