Dhaka, May 18 -- More than 1,000 running enthusiasts from Bangladesh are set to participate in the international half marathon "One Run", scheduled to be held in Dhaka on May 23, organisers said.

The event will be held for the second consecutive year in Bangladesh under the global initiative of "One Run" by Hero League, with support from GamePlay Limited.

Participants will be able to compete across four race categories - 1 km, 5 km, 10 km and 21.1 km half marathon - making the event open to both beginners and experienced runners.
