, Sept. 3 -- The Appellate Divison on Wednesday upheld the order of the chamber judge that had stayed the High Court directive suspending the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) election until October 30.
A seven-member bench of the Appellate Division led by Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed passed the order after hearing a petition.
With this, there is no bar to hold the DUCSU election as per its scheduled date on September 9.
