Dhaka, Oct. 24 -- Mir Mohammad Jasim has been elected president of the Education Reporters Association, Bangladesh (ERAB) for the 2026-2028 term, while New Age Senior Staff Correspondent Solamain Salman and Agamir Shomoy Deputy Chief Reporter Nur Mohammad have been jointly elected general secretaries.

The new executive committee was elected at the organisation's annual general meeting (AGM) held at a resort near Dhaka on Friday.
