, Aug. 28 -- Indian actor Manoj Bajpayee's upcoming film Last Man in Tower, based on Aravind Adiga's acclaimed novel of the same name, is set to hit theatres across India on September 11.

Directed by Ben Rekhi, the film also stars Boman Irani and Divya Dutta. The screenplay has been adapted by Sooni Taraporevala, known for her collaborations with filmmaker Mira Nair on projects including Salaam Bombay!, Mississippi Masala and The Namesake.

Presented by Rana Daggubati's Spirit Media, the film follows Masterji, a retired schoolteacher who finds himself standing alone as people around him begin making decisions that go against his principles.
