Narayanganj, Oct. 6 -- A man was killed and two others were seriously injured after a bus collided with a battery-run auto-rickshaw on the Dhaka-Narayanganj Link Road in Fatullah on Monday afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Mozammel Haque, 55, a resident of Sastapur in Fatullah.

The injured are Md Rana, 45, the driver of the easy bike and a resident of Kayempur in Fatullah, and Anisur Rahman, 35, another driver of a two-seater battery-run rickshaw from the Dhakeshwari area. Both are currently undergoing treatment at Narayanganj 300-Bed Hospital, and their conditions are reported to be serious, said Shariful Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Fatullah Model Police Station.
