Dhaka, Aug. 13 -- High Commissioner of the Maldives to Bangladesh Shiuneen Rasheed on Thursday visited Aga Khan Academy Dhaka, operated by the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN).

During the visit, the High Commissioner toured the academy and its facilities.

She also met Medad Ali Virani, President of the AKDN Centre Bangladesh, and its management, according to the Maldivian High Commission in Dhaka.

They exchanged views on AKDN's programmes, initiatives and projects aimed at supporting Bangladesh's economic and community development.
