, Oct. 31 -- The low pressure area over South Andaman Sea and adjoining area has become a well-marked low over Southeast Bay and adjoining Andaman Sea at 06 am on Saturday.

It is likely to move west-northwestwards and intensify further.

All fishing boats and trawlers over the North Bay have been advised not to venture into the deep sea till further notice.
