Dhaka, Nov. 3 -- The Liberation War Museum has suspended a special exhibition commemorating the four national leaders on Jail Killing Day, following concerns raised by law enforcement agencies over the security situation.

The exhibition, titled "The Four National Leaders in the Struggle for Independence", was scheduled to open at 4pm on Tuesday at Gallery No. 6 of the museum.

However, the museum authorities decided to suspend the event shortly before its scheduled inauguration.

Museum trustee Mofidul Hoque confirmed the decision to the media, saying law enforcement agencies had expressed concerns over the situation.

He said the exhibition was suspended in response to their request, prioritising security considerations.
