, Aug. 19 -- A Chattogram court on Tuesday placed police constable Omi Das, who was arrested for leaking a walkie-talkie message of Chattagram Metropolitan Police (CMP) Commissioner Hasib Aziz on social media, on a three-day remand.

Chattogram Metropolitan Magistrate SM Alauddin Mahmud passed the order when police produced him before the court with a seven-day remand prayer.

Police arrested Omi Das, son of Rajib Das of Patiya upazila, from Khulshi area of Chattogram early Monday in a case filed under the Official Secrets Act.
