Dhaka, Sept. 29 -- The Islamic Republic of Iran is offering higher education and scholarship opportunities to international students at various Iranian universities, including in medicine, engineering and other disciplines.

Iran Cultural Centre in Dhaka said it in a press release on Monday.

Eligible and meritorious students can apply for undergraduate, master's, PhD and other higher-level programmes. While opportunities are available in a wide range of subjects, preference will be given to applicants in Persian language and literature, Iranian studies, humanities and Islamic studies. Students applying for master's and PhD programmes will also receive priority.
