Dhaka, Aug. 7 -- The Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre (IGCC) and the High Commission of India in Dhaka commemorated the 85th death anniversary of Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore with an evening of music and poetry titled "Iti Rabindranath" on Thursday.

The programme, featuring renowned artistes Shwapnil Shojib and Samiul Islam Poluck, celebrated the enduring literary and cultural legacy of Tagore that continues to inspire generations across borders.

Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Dinesh Trivedi, among others, was present.
