Dhaka, Oct. 25 -- State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humaiun Kobir will lead Bangladesh's delegation to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2026 in Antigua and Barbuda from November 1 to 4 as acting foreign minister.

A notification signed by Cabinet Secretary Nasimul Ghani was issued in this regard, said a PID handout on Sunday.

Humaiun Kobir will enjoy the status and protocol of a full cabinet minister at the event, it said.
