, July 25 -- Actress Hina Khan has opened up about her battle with breast cancer, saying spirituality played a key role in helping her cope with the physical and emotional challenges of chemotherapy.

Hina, best known for the television series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, revealed in June 2024 that she had been diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer.

Speaking on actress Soha Ali Khan's All About Her podcast in December 2025, Hina reflected on her cancer journey, describing it as one of the toughest phases of her life.

She said the treatment brought major physical changes, including weight gain, hair loss and the loss of her eyelashes.
