Dhaka, May 11 -- The High Court on Monday deferred until May 14 the delivery of its order on bail petitions filed by Chinmoy Krishna Das, suspended ISKCON leader and spokesperson for the Bangladesh Sammilito Sanatani Jagran Jote, in four cases.
The HC bench of Justice KM Zahid Sarwar and Justice Sheikh Abu Taher postponed the ruling after Additional Attorney General Aneek R Haque sought time to submit additional documents related to the cases.
Earlier on Sunday, the same bench rejected Chinmoy's bail petition in a case filed with Chattogram Kotwali Police Station over the killing of lawyer Saiful Islam Alif.
