Chapainawabganj, Sept. 26 -- State Minister for Public Administration and Food Md Abdul Bari on Saturday said the government is working to restore strength and proficiency to the fragile administration it inherited from the previous government by appointing honest, efficient and talented officials.

He made the remarks while talking to reporters after attending a reception for students who secured GPA-5 in this year's SSC and equivalent examinations at the Harimohan Government High School ground in Chapainawabganj town.

The state minister also blamed the previous two governments for the ongoing power crisis.

Abdul Bari said the government inherited a fragile administration after assuming office.
