, April 1 -- Recalling the visit of the UN Secretary General in 2025, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed Islam on Tuesday reiterated that the new government accords the highest priority to the repatriation of forcibly displaced Rohingyas to Myanmar.

She emphasised keeping spotlight on this issue through a multi-stakeholder approach and sought continued cooperation in securing funding to sustain essential humanitarian assistance.
