, Sept. 14 -- In a swift breakthrough, Kadamtali police have arrested three people, including the boyfriend, within 24 hours of killing a girl that stemmed from a dispute over marriage.

The arrestees were identified as Saiful Islam, 24, his elder sister Sumi Akhter, 32, and her husband Elahin alias Elahi alias Ibrahim (42).

Based on secret information, several teams of Kadamtoli police station conducted simultaneous drives in Kadamtoli thana area and arrested the trio from Jurain Boubazar area at around 9:00 pm on Saturday, said DC (Media) of the DMP Talebur Rahman.
