Dhaka, Sept. 5 -- Fresh LP Gas, a concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), has added another LPG carrier to its fleet, strengthening its transportation capacity to meet the country's growing demand for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

The new LPG carrier, MT Mercantile-65, has a capacity of 2,000 metric tons. With two other carriers of the same capacity, Fresh LP Gas now has three dedicated LPG carriers, with a combined capacity of 6,000 metric tons. This will further strengthen MGI's transportation capacity and help ensure an uninterrupted supply of LPG across the country.
