Five more parliamentary committees constituted
Sangsad Bhaban, Sept. 8 -- Five more parliamentary standing committees were constituted on Tuesday, taking the total number of committees formed so far in the 13th Parliament to 45.
The newly constituted committees are the parliamentary standing committees on the Ministry of Social Welfare, Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Science and Technology, and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
Besides, two existing parliamentary committees -- on the Ministry of Water Resources and the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism -- were reconstituted with changes to two members of the two bodies.
