Dhaka, Aug. 23 -- A new committee of the Religious Reporters Forum (RRF) has been formed, with Faiz Ullah Bhuiyan of DBC News elected as president and Khalid Saifullah, senior reporter of the Daily Naya Diganta, elected as secretary.

The committee was elected for a two-year term at the RRF's annual general meeting held on Saturday at Hotel Victory in the capital's Naya Paltan.

Moniruzzaman Ujjal of Jago News was elected vice-president, while Bangladesh Pratidin senior reporter Shafiqul Islam Sohag became joint general secretary.
