Dhaka, April 8 -- Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has launched a major eviction drive in the Sayedabad inter-district bus terminal area to restore order on roads and ease traffic congestion.

The drive began Wednesday targeting unauthorised and illegal bus counters located along the stretch from T&T Para intersection to Dholai Par.

The operation was conducted under the leadership of DSCC Executive Magistrate Aminul Islam with assistance from law enforcement agencies.
