Dhaka, Sept. 14 -- Three more deaths were reported from dengue in the 24 hours leading up to Sunday morning, raising the number of fatalities from the mosquito-borne disease in Bangladesh to 150 this year.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), two of the new deaths were reported in Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC), while one was recorded in Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC).
During this period, 685 more patients were hospitalised with viral fever, bringing the total number of cases to 37,891 so far this year.
