Sangsad Bhaban, July 13 -- The Power Division has opened a dedicated control room to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply and strengthen coordination among power utilities during the ongoing flood situation in parts of the country.

According to an office order issued by the Power Division, the control room has been set up on the 14th floor of Bidyut Bhaban in Dhaka and will remain operational every day from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Officials will also remain available over mobile phones beyond the scheduled hours if necessary.
