, Sept. 1 -- Commerce Adviser Sk. Bashiruddin has said that the government will ensure trade facilitation by identifying unnecessary commercial regulations and reviewing existing trade rules.
He made the comments while chairing the ninth meeting of the National Trade Facilitation Committee (NTFC) on Monday at the BIAM Foundation, at New Eskaton in Dhaka.
In the meeting, the adviser emphasised that simplifying trade will establish fairness and create a level playing field, which in turn will increase trade volume and enhance the country's economic capacity.
