Brahmanbaria, May 9 -- Two Bangladeshi nationals including college student were reportedly shot dead by the members of India Border Security Force (BSF) along Pathariadar border in Kasba upazila of Brahmanbaria district early Saturday.

The deceased were identified as Morsalin, son of Hebju Mia of Batenbari village and a HSC second year student of Gopinathpur Shahalam Degree College and Nabi Hossain, 40 of Madhupur village in the upazila.

The bodies of the deceased were kept at a hospital in Agartala area of India, said the victims' families.

A number of Bangladeshi young men were injured during the firing and they were taken to Cumilla for treatment, said locals.
