, Aug. 22 -- A cleaner of a Cineplex outlet in Chattogram was arrested for secretly recording a video of a woman inside a washroom at the Cineplex at Finlay Square in the Nasirabad area of Chattogram port city on Friday.

The arrestee was identified as Jitu Pal, 23, a resident of Anwara upazila.

He had been working as a cleaner at the Cineplex for the past seven to eight months.

Witnesses said the woman went to the Cineplex with family members to watch a movie. At one point, when she entered the washroom, she allegedly noticed someone attempting to record her using a mobile phone.

She then reportedly confronted and caught Jitu at the scene.
