Mymensingh, Oct. 3 -- A case has been filed over a road accident in Mymensingh city that killed seven people, including four members of the same family.

Mobarak Ali, a resident of Darihamidpur village in Jamalpur who lost his family members in the accident, lodged a complaint with Kotwali Model Police Station on Friday night, accusing the bus driver, said Mohammad Shibirul Islam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of the police station.

The complaint was registered as a case against the unidentified driver after midnight, he said.

However, police have yet to arrest the bus driver.

The OC said police seized both the bus and the CNG-run auto-rickshaw and took them to the police station immediately after the accident.
