Dhaka, Oct. 6 -- The 6th death anniversary of BUET student Abrar Fahad, who paid the ultimate price for speaking firmly and truthfully in the nation's interest against fascists, will be observed on Tuesday (Oct. 7) across all district units of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA), including Dhaka.

On the occasion, the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, in collaboration with Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, will organize a discussion program titled 'Abrar Fahad: A New Symbol of Bangladesh's Sovereignty and Our Culture'.

A documentary on Abrar titled 'You Failed to Kill Abrar Fahad', highlighting his courage and struggle, will also be screened simultaneously at all district Shilpakala Academies.
