Dhaka, Nov. 1 -- Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) is set to organise a special cultural programme featuring artists with special needs titled 'Bismoyer Ovijatri, Kanoner Kokil' on Monday.

The programme will begin at 6 pm on November 2 at the National Music and Dance Centre auditorium under the patronage of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.

State Minister for Cultural Affairs Ali Newaz Mahmud Khaiyam, will attend as the chief guest, while ministry secretary Yasmin Begum will be present as the special guest.
