Dhaka, Sept. 23 -- run rickshaws are increasingly operating on the Bhulta Flyover in Rupganj of Narayanganj, adding to growing concerns over the unsafe and unregulated movement of the three-wheelers on busy roads.

The vehicles have become a common sight on the flyover, despite their operation often being associated with traffic-rule violations and reckless driving, according to local commuters.
