Dhaka, Aug. 31 -- The Permanent Mission of Bangladesh in Geneva welcomed Team Polaris, a group of young Bangladeshi students who won the 13th edition of CERN's Beamline for Schools (BL4S) competition.

Competing against 712 teams from 89 countries, Team Polaris secured a place among the five winning teams, alongside teams from the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkiye and India.

The journey of Team Polaris, from conducting experiments with limited facilities in Bangladesh to carrying out their experiment at the University of Bonn and CERN, is a remarkable story of talent, perseverance and innovation.
