In the fifth over, Nathan Smith struck twice to send Tanzid Hasan and Parvez Hossain Emon back.
Tanzid scored six but Emon fell off the first ball he faced.
Before them, Saif Hassan fell for 16 off 10 balls. He hit two fours.
Bangladesh won the first T20I in Chattogram, and the second match was washed away due to heavy rain at the same venue.
Before the T20I series, Bangladesh won the three-match ODI series against the visitors.
