Dhaka, April 25 -- Bangladesh has successfully spearheaded the adoption of a pioneering resolution on sustainable bioeconomy at the 82nd session of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), which concluded in Bangkok on Friday.
The resolution, titled "Supporting the Transition Towards a Sustainable Bioeconomy in Asia and the Pacific," was introduced by Bangladesh and adopted unanimously by member states.
