PATUAKHALI, Oct. 30 -- day international training titled 'Brown Water Operation and Anti Human Trafficking Course-2026', organized by Bangladesh Coast Guard for the first time, concluded at BCG Base Agrajatra in Patuakhali on Thursday.

Representatives from five countries, including Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Malaysia,Nepal, alongside members of the Bangladesh Navy and Coast Guard, participated in the training held from October 25 to 29.

The course aimed to enhance professional skills, boost riverine and coastal operational capabilities, and effectively combat human trafficking while strengthening regional coordination.
