Dhaka, July 21 -- The government on Tuesday expressed its firm commitment to working together to transform the jute sector into a modern industry, ensure fair prices for farmers, and establish Bangladesh as a trusted global source of climate-friendly jute-based solutions.

To achieve these goals, a coordination meeting titled "Strategic Economic Diplomacy and Export Expansion for Bangladesh's Jute Sector" was jointly organised in Dhaka by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Textiles and Jute.
